THE CLIENT

Phaidon International is a professional services organisation that works with thousands of businesses across the world. It delivers capabilities through a deliberately curated group of 6 brands, each one specialising in different industries.

THE BRIEF

Like many companies during the pandemic, a cohesive company culture was lacking. Phaidon International previously would have in-person events for each region, but a solution during the pandemic was needed to bring all employees from all regions together virtually.

MY ROLE

As the sole designer, my role was to find a creative way of bringing employees together virtually and create a memorable annual event branding.

THE SOLUTION

I reated an internal visual language, using the Phaidon International logo's bull and its five (at the time) subsidiaries' brand colours for internal events' marketing, merchandise, and a magazine. The first events were the 2020 Annual General Meeting and 2020 Annual Sales Meetings.
