THE CLIENT

Larson Maddox, part of the Phaidon International Group, is a specialist talent partner in securing top-tier Regulatory and Legal professionals for the Financial Services, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Technology, Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, and Media industries.

THE BRIEF

Create the branding and visual identity of a new subsidiary of Phaidon International that would provide Financial Services, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Technology, Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, and Media clients with Regulatory and Legal professionals.

MY ROLE

After working closely with an external agency to generate a distinctive name and create a memorable logo, I took the initiative to conceptualise all other aspects of the brand's visual identity. This included selecting color palettes, typography, and imagery that would effectively communicate our brand values. Additionally, I meticulously put together comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency in our visual presentation across various platforms and materials.

THE SOLUTION

The visual identity for Larson Maddox had to be bold in colour to attract more creative and novel industries, like Technology and Media, while also being elegant enough to communicate with the Financial and Life Sciences industries, while also blending alongside the other Phaidon International brands. Following the direction the marketing team and I had set, I designed the website and social media assets, built editable templates for the broader company, and mocked up what the employee merchandise would look like.
